CREATIVITY AT THE SPEED OF INNOVATION

The controllers of today’s resources are not necessarily the inventors, but the innovators. By improving on existing invention they become today’s leading innovators. The world needs better service deliveries, businesses, gadgets, devices and anything that would ease them of unnecessary stress. You too can have the same recognition in your craft if you will just have to improve on existing models and had a touch of excellence to them.

My writing experiences have been characterized with few inventions and many innovations. The series I run today was never my invention, it was Eric's. I saw I could do something in that line, hence I improved on his invention and innovated my way to what you see today. As a matter of fact, my two series The Chronicle of March 2016 and Report Card 2015 were innovations from his invention. Today, I’m already training and encouraging protégés in that line because we know in parts and when we bring those parts together we help to solve the world’s puzzle in that sphere.

What do you do? What is your life’s assignment? What line of business or service are you in? Move to the second dimension. Don’t seek only the conventional way of doing things, seek to improve on it, become innovative. If you must rise on the corporate ladder, you must improve and become innovative. Like I said over the weekend, people will respect, recognize and recommend you for your differences and never your similarities. As you begin this new week, I leave you with this practical personal question: in what way can I really improve on my services? Selah! It’s good to invent but it’s better to innovate.
