SUBJECT YOURSELF TO LIFETIME LEARNING

The illiterate of the 21st Century is not the one without education but the one who cannot Unlearn, Learn and Relearn. If you must metamorphose to your true personality, you must be a passionate learner and committed reader. If you continually learn you will continually lead. Show me any man who is leading in his sphere, I will show you a man who is an ardent reader and committed learner. There is no substitute for this if you truly desire to remain an authority in your sphere of influence.

As a writer, I have seen myself going back over and over again to the little things I had neglected for a longtime. I started paying attention to details because this forms a greater part of my life, each month, I have the opportunity to read, research and reach another level of growth. I don’t write because I’m a writer or do I speak because I’m a speaker, if I don’t subject myself to this exercise, trust me I will FADE out. Former Nokia CEO in his last speech as CEO when Microsoft took over their company,  said ; "We did nothing wrong yet we lost" They actually did something wrong! What they did was they failed to LEARN NEW TRENDS IN THE 21ST CENTURY They always boasted about their phones having strong batteries which is great but people now want more than just a strong battery! 

So, the more I continue, the faster I reach for another new level of capacity and responsibility.

Whatever you are into, if you don’t subject yourself to this same exercise you will soon fade out, what you know now will not sustain your tomorrow but what you gain today will grant you access there. So become a lifetime student of your field. Everyday new information is released related to your field, become dynamic by changing with time. Create and development this habit of learning, devote a portion of your income to training programs and books. Benjamin Franklin said “If a man empties his purse into his head, no man can take it away from him.  An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest” 'You can never give what you don't have. Your life is limited by your knowledge base.'

The Bible said it all “Study to show thyself approved...” If you want to be approved, study more, learn more, train more and you will make more impact. God bless you!
