Sometimes our conscience tells us we are wrong in contributing ideas and we tend to follow whatever everyone else says and one of our mistakes is that we dont take our ideas seriously!!! We just follow what other people says. It is good to tolerate people's ideas but you see , God has giving us unique toughts and unique brains. It might be that the solution people gives is not what is demanded but may be yours.
Sometimes you are right too. Don't follow the masses, you are unique
